Abstract :
In this research attempts have been made to find out a relationship between the personnel welfare and innovation in knowledge based organization in Semnan province with using a model for welfare that includes organizational learning, self-disclosure, partnership, justice, positive thinking ,flexible structure and interaction .Samples were 75 experts of Semnan science and technology parks and required data gather using an standard questionnaire .Finally we test assumptions by Spss and correlation between welfare and innovation confirmed with a high coefficient .This shows that notice must be taken by managers to use effective strategies in this regard.
