Abstract :
In recent decades, the approaches have changed from public administration to public management. Accordingly, the public sector has continuously attempted to improve efficiency and effectiveness of its performances. Thus, administrators have been challenged to achieve his goal and deliver quality services to citizens. Public entrepreneurship has developed for reinventing of government performance and introducing the frameworks for public and nongovernmental sectors. These frameworks have been developed for improving of productivity, effectiveness and accountability in public sector. This article surveys the structural factors that may influence public entrepreneurship. The research method is descriptive –survey based on correlation and it was conducted in Tehran public organizations. The results show that there is a significant relationship between structural factors, organizational performance and public entrepreneurship.
