Abstract :
The Iranian have intention for entrepreneurship,but the comparative lack of opportunistic vision has made Iran not have a good rating in entrepreneurial activities. Many researchers consider the stage of recognition of opportunity to be the first step in setting up businesses. If entrepreneurs are successful in identifying opportunities, they will most likely succeed in creating and growing businesses. On one hand, the development of cyberspace and social networks, has made it easier to exploit entrepreneurial opportunities. the purpose of this research is Providing a model for exploiting organazational entrepreneurship opportunities via social networks. The research methodology of this study is qualitative and the grounded theory has been used to achieve the purpose of the research. After reviewing and interviewing the 10 active virtual networks that were selected through targeted sampling, the text of the interviews were categorized by coding in open source, axial and selective coding, and finally, 50 open codes were categorized into15axial codes. The dimensions of exploiting business opportunities are categorized in6categories or selected codes including causal conditions,main categories,strategies,contexts, environmental conditions,and outcomes via social networks and the final model of the research was extracted from the interviews.
