Presenting an adaptable human resource management model in Iran’s government organizations using a mixed method

Abstract :
The purpose of the research is to develop an adaptable human resources management model according to the conditions of Iran's government organizations. In this research, first, by using the method of content analysis and interviews with the experts of the country’s employment administrative affair organization and its implementation in the Maxqda sotware and performing open and central coding of the components of adaptability and human resource functions were identified and summarized, and then using selective coding, the final framework of the adaptable human resource management model was formed. the findings of the research show that the output of thematic analysis in the analytical mode and in the analytical mode of the interview is 11 components in 3 dimensions of adaptability (Human resources architecture, the environment of an adaptive system, human resources competencies) and the number of 10 components in the function dimension and the output of confirmatory factor analysis also showed the main dimensions of the model including adaptability with 11 components, functionality with 8 components, in the test validity and reliability scores were obtained and the final model was presented with 2 dimensions and 19 components. all variables have had an impact on adaptive human resource management. Based on the obtained coefficients, the amount of the effectiveness of human resources architecture is 0.126, environment of an adaptable system is 0.412, human resources competencies are 0.471, and human resources functions are 0.887
