Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the health effects of Ganoderma active ingredients in in vitro and in vitro conditions. A mushroom culture bank was prepared. Extraction and purification of ganodriic acid and polysaccharide from Ganoderma lusidum were done by the chromatography method. Antibiogram, prebiotic, anticholesterol and anticoagulant effects of polysaccharide and ganoderic acid were performed in vitro and in vivo. MIC and MBC of polysaccharide for Escherichia coli was 40% and for Staphylococcus aureus it was 20%. MIC and MBC of ganoderic acid for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was equal to 20% concentration. Weight percentage increased significantly with the addition of a fat-receiving diet. With the addition of mushroom polysaccharides to the diets, the average weight of mice decreased (P<0.05). The weight loss of mice in the groups receiving polysaccharide + ganoderic acid was greater (P<0.05). Compared to the diabetic group, serum levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL in the group receiving polysaccharide and ganoderic acid decreased significantly, and HDL levels increased. Cholesterol changes under the treatment were not significant (P≥0.05). Coagulation time increased only in the groups receiving polysaccharide + ganoderic acid (fat diet) and polysaccharide + ganoderic acid (normal diet) compared to the control group (fat). It was significant (P<0.05) and the anticholesterol effect of extracted polysaccharide was more than ganoderic acid. Ganoderma dietary supplement has many biological effects.
