    he procedures for Reviewing, accepting and publishing articles are as follows:

    1- Preliminary review in terms of compliance with the items mentioned in the guidelines for how to write the article and determining the quality level and the degree of suitability with the thematic axis of the publication. If the Reviewer's opinion regarding the mentioned items is positive, the article will enter the next stage. If their opinion is negative, the article will be presented in the editorial board meeting to determine the assignment and possibly issue a letter of non-acceptance.

    2- Sending to the reviewers; (If the files are complete, the article will be sent to at least three reviewers at the same time).

    3- Receiving the results of the reviewing and sending them to the authors to revise;

    If the result of 3 reviewers is positive, the possibility of editing will be created for the author to revise according to the comments.
    If the result is 2 positive reviews and 1 negative review, it is possible for the author to revise according to the comments.
    If the result of 2 reviewers is negative, the article will be presented in the editorial meeting to determine the status. If the opinions of the reviewers are approved by the editorial members, a rejection letter will be issued.
    4- Receiving corrections and sending the article to the final reviewers (the final reviewer is one of the designated reviewers).

    If the author's revised manuscripts are fully approved by the final reviewer, as well as all matters regarding the approval and signing of the originality commitment form. After the author's corrections, the article is again sent to the final reviewer for approving.
