Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to provide altruistic leadership in the functions of protecting the rights of beneficiaries. In terms of the methodology of the present study, it is considered a combination that is conducted through a set of processes collected in the qualitative and quantitative part. The study tools in the qualitative part were interviews and systematic screening score lists that were identified on the basis of themes. Organizer and inclusive as the process of thematic analysis. But the study tools in the quantitative section were the evaluation checklists of the pairwise comparison matrix "i" and "j" column. The target population was quantitatively academic experts in the field of accounting, 12 of whom were interviewed through theoretical sampling and the snowball process. In some sectors, 25 managers of listed companies with work experience and the level of technical and specialized management knowledge participate through targeted sampling. The results of the study in the qualitative part indicate the existence of 36 basic themes and 6 themes of the provider organization based on 3 overarching themes, and in the quantitative part it is specified that the best theme in the implementation of the management system of all kinds of friends is ecosystem development, which can be used did be considered to strengthen the beneficiaries.
