Abstract :
The present article is taken from an investigational work with the title of“Reviewing the barriers of cultural industry between merchants of Iranand Azerbaijan”, which is done in Astara city in2006. In this article, theimportance of the role of culture in development of countries isconsidered first, and indicating the position of the state in this case,cultural industry and the range of activities in this industry are defined,and consequently, the condition of cultural industries in the economy ofdeveloping countries is explained. Afterwards, presenting a conceptualmodel of investigation, political, economic, managerial, technological,and legal barriers are concerned as independent variables of the research,and then the results from some researches o barriers of foreign businessare pointed out. At the end, as the society and a statistical sample areintroduced, it is described how to test the five hypothesis of theinvestigation.
