wheat harvesting Performance of the straw Mounting compare with a usual type Alireza Agheleshkhani1 Ph.D, in of Mechanics of agricultural machinery, Department of Agronomy, University Takestav ,Islamic Azad University,Gazvin, Iran Abstract Wheat is one of the most important crops in Iran and its annual production is 14 million tons per year, that a significant amount of this product is wasted by combine at harvest time. The choice of suitable combines and controlling losses is a way to avoid losses. In this study, two types of common combine of John Deere 955 and 955 Jandyrkah at the humidity of 12 and 19 degrees have been examined. that losses of various parts, including natural mortality, harvesting platform losses, combin’s end losses and seed breakage rate in tank were measured. In this study, we used the SPSS 23 software for data analysis and the results of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable study showed that individual effects of mentioned variables and their two to two and at the same time impact are significant. Then, parametric two sample t-test and nonparametric Mann Witney test were used to compare combines. The result showed that conventional combines and hay presses have not significant difference in the natural drop and the nose drop at the both humidity of 12 and 19 percent. However, there are significant differences in the combine processing loss, and seed breakage in the tank in both 12 and 19 percent humidity, that combine processing loss and breakage in the tank, in straw walker combines, is much less than conventional combines. Also, obtained prepared straw in straw walker Combine and the ability to work at 19 degrees, with minimal loss, is another straw walker combines advantages.
