Effective Factors on Job Stress from Experts’ Perception; a case study in Iranian Agriculture Engineering Organization

Abstract :
The general purpose of this research was to study effective factors on job stresses. This is an applied research in term of goal, and also descriptive research in terms of the degree to control of variables. Research tool was questionnaire. In this research the standard questionnaires of Osipow job stress and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) can be used. Present research statistical society included in all experts (engineers) and active members of agriculture and natural resources engineering organization system in Garmsar province that 149 person selected as sample using simple random sampler. In order to validity study, research tool ensured experts and for reliability measurement the elementary test performed through the completion of 30 questionnaires and alpha Cronbach calculated. Data statistical analysis performed using computer software SPSS17. According to the obtained findings of progressive regression analysis determined that among the studied variables, three variables of responsibility, physical environment and role workload assigned in total 46/9 percent of job stress variance changes.
