Abstract :
The present study was carried out with the engineering objective of promoting the integrated management of pistachio pests and diseases in Rafsanjan. In order to conduct the research, after using the fundamental theory and its steps, exploratory factor analysis was used to select the final indicators of the research and processing with PLS3. By conducting the qualitative part of mixed research, interviews with experts and document studies, the components of promoting the integrated management of pistachio pests and diseases in Rafsanjan were identified. The findings of the research showed that the present study had a positive relationship with the technical knowledge of integrated pest management and these two variables of individual constructs, although they do not have a direct causal relationship with the technical knowledge of integrated pest management, but they have an indirect causal relationship and in some way on the attitude towards The environmental effects of integrated pest management, which itself is an important structure and has a direct relationship with the technical knowledge of integrated pest management, can be very effective in the process of obtaining technical knowledge of integrated pest management. Technological structures, which refer to the implementation obstacles of integrated pest management technology from the point of view of pistachio farmers, show that this factor has a negative relationship with the technical knowledge of integrated pest management.
