Abstract :
The present study aimed to investigate the effect of quantum management skills on agility of agricultural Jihad organization of Hamedan city. The goal of quantum management is to increase the effectiveness of the organization. The message of quantum management is that all parts of the organization are intelligently connected. Organization agility is also a key capability that enables organizations to be ready to accept environmental changes and respond appropriately and effectively. This research has been used in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research consisted of 140 experts of agricultural jihad in Hamedan city, who were selected as samples through a class sampling method using the Cochran formula of 100 of them. The tools for collecting research are standard questionnaires. The analysis of the research data was carried out using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of the analysis showed that managers who put their management strategy in quantum management will also have an impact on the agility of the organization.
