Abstract :
Due to the necessity of sustainable development and its increasing importance in urban issues, today in different cities of the world, the bicycle as the main means of transportation is receiving more attention day by day. In this research, a positioning problem under the conditions of uncertainty is presented. In order to get closer to the real world conditions, customer demand and variable costs are considered as non-deterministic. In dealing with the uncertainty of the parameters of the problem, the p-stable approach has been used. The innovation of this research is the addition of p-based uncertainty to the problem of locating bicycle stations. The mathematical model of the problem has been solved and validated using different scenarios, numerical examples and Gomes software. The results of solving the sample problem and sensitivity analysis on different values of the coefficient of regret show that with a slight increase in the value of the coefficient of regret, the cost of construction is reduced and it approaches the optimal solution.
