Abstract :
In today's business world, the focus of strategy thinking of most organizations and institutions is on the competitive market, and it has led them to spend a large part of their cost and human resources, as well as their time, to acquire distinct and innovative characteristics in order to surpass other competitors. For this purpose and considering the importance of electronic commerce in this research, an attempt has been made to formulate appropriate strategies for the promotion of a knowledge-based company named Iranian Encyclopaedia Company, so that through it, a step can be taken in the direction of improving and increasing the performance of this company. be removed as a start-up company. This research is guided based on the strategic vision and expansion of the future perspective. In this research, the factors of opportunity, threat, weakness and strength of purchase guide of Iranian Encyclopaedia Company have been identified and investigated. Then the influencing factors on the internet business market have been investigated. In the next step, the evaluation of the performance of various sites in the field of Internet business market and the development of a strategy framework have been carried out. At the end, the formation of a quadrilateral network and the drawing of a map of the optimal strategic situation for the purchase guide for Iranian Encyclopaedia Company have been done.
