Abstract :
This study evaluates the relation between employees’ emotionalintelligence and job satisfaction among IRIB world service employees.This study is of descriptive-survey and co-relational research type by usingsimple sampling, 174 employees was selected. The tools for gathering dataare the questionnaire Intelligence-Emotional Sybrya Shrink and JobSatisfaction Survey (JSS). Hypothesis was tested with Pearson Correlation,Spearman's rho and Regression.The findings show that there is a direct relation between emotionalintelligence and job satisfaction (P<0.05, 0.01); and there is direct relationbetween each dimension of emotional intelligence (Self-Awareness, Self-Controlling, Self-Motivating, Social Intelligence, Social Skills) and jobsatisfaction (P<0.05, 0.01).
