The role of Corporate Social Responsibility in Organizational Health Promotion of Policy in Public Cector (case study of the Ministry of Industries and Business of Islamic Republic of Iran)

Abstract :
Background:The subject of corporate social responsibility towards citizens and the general public is one of the important issues that has been studied in recent years. This category has different effects that affect all aspects of society. One of the most fundamental objectives of social responsibility programs is to encourage organizations to conduct transparent and anti-corruption activities that minimize the adverse effects of the organization on society and the environment in which they operate. Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social responsibility in promoting administrative health in the public sector. Method:The present paper is a descriptive-survey method. The statistical sample of 106 employees of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of the Ministry of Industry (Shahid Keshvary Building) was tested via systematic random sampling. Data were analyzed via structural equations modeling by means of SMART PLS software. Results: The results indicated that among the components of social responsibility, the components of moral and voluntary responsibility, have a positive and significant effect on the promotion of administrative health
