Presenting a model in order to improve the competences of the managers of the banking system in the implementation of the central bank's policies (case study of Ansar Bank)

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the purpose of identifying and improving the competencies of the managers of the banking system in implementing the policies of the central bank and presenting its model, with a special study of the managers of Ansar Bank. In terms of the research method used, this research was mixed and the type of research design was exploratory. The studied community included all banking and university experts. For example, in the qualitative section, 8 managers of Ansar Bank and 3 expert trainers in the field of managers' competencies were selected by purposeful sampling until the theoretical saturation stage. A semi-structured interview was used for data collection in the qualitative part. The confirmatory factor analysis statistical method was used to analyze the data in the quantitative part. To present the final model of the research, partial least squares method and SmartPLS version 2 software were used. The results showed 5 dimensions of skill, knowledge, experience, attitude and perspective, and contingent abilities along with 26 components and 109 sub-components as the competencies of the managers of the banking system in implementing the policies of the central bank.
