Abstract :
Background: The emergence of management styles based on world literature, goals, performance and effectiveness of human resources has undergone many changes. Management is a very important factor in the management of organizational behavior in the organization due to the role it plays in individual and group effectiveness. Objective: Types of management are specific ways of making decisions in matters under control. Different forms of management can change depending on factors such as community culture, the task expected of the job, differences in the workforce, and the personality and abilities of leaders. Methods: The research method is qualitative analysis method (content analysis) and descriptive-analytical research projects with applied nature have been collected based on library research. One of the innovations of this research was looking at the management aspect in Shahnameh. Findings: In the study process, it was shown that role-playing management style, successful management style, patriarchal or exploitative / authoritarian management style, supportive and participatory management style, contingent management and motivation styles and situational management style in Shahnameh are very It was more evident than other styles. Conclusion: Ferdowsi has used the concepts of control culture, organizational design, motivation, decision making according to time and place.
