Abstract :
context: The judiciary, with its effective role in resolving contest, protecting public rights, expanding and enforcing justice, implements poblic policies that affect all sections of society. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the factors affecting the policy implementation policy in the judiciary Methods: Based on the literature on the implementation and policy implementation in the judiciary, the factors influencing the implementation of the policy based on the Nakamura and Smallwood approach, the research model was determined. To collect data, interviews were conducted with 28 experts working in the field of Policy, implementing and Evaluation judiciary policies. Sampling was done purposefully and data analysis was performed using qualitative approaches and interpretive analysis method for data analysis. Results: According to the results, all editors, administrators and evaluators are effective in implementing policies, and administrators have the most important role, and there is a deep and interdependent relationship between administrators and policy makers in the judiciary, the factors involved in this relationship are clearly Goals, the nature of the tasks, and the amount of control that they apply to each other.
