Abstract :

Background and purpose:educational centers provide the necessary infrastructure and platform for the development of the country's human capital The main goal of the current research was to design a ranking model for educational centers based on the goals of the 7th Development Plan. Methodology:To achieve this goal,the researchers used a mixed sequential exploratory approach,so that in the qualitative stage,using the method of content analysis,dimensions,components and indicators of the rating model of educational centers based on goals. Findings:The findings from two qualitative and quantitative stages showed that the experts based on the ranking model of educational centers based on the goals of the 7th Development Plan,including the orientation of the center(creating sustainable value and management and leadership of the center),culture Organizational(values and norms of support,participation and teamwork and human-centered)human capital(characteristics of instructors and characteristics of students),infrastructures (educational space and educational equipment),executive processes(learning and teaching process,talent management, performance management,empowerment and management of welfare services)and the results(academic performance of the center and social performance of the center)reached a consensus. Conclusion:The results of this research can be useful for measuring the performance and ranking of educational centers based on the objectives of the 7th Development Plan.
