Abstract :
The aim of the current research was to identify the challenges and opportunities facing the educational system in virtual space to overcome crises. The present research method was qualitative and experimental phenomenology. Research participants were selected in a targeted way and in-depth interviews were conducted with 25 experts in the field of education. Information gathering in this research is a semi-structured interview. In this research, the recorded interviews were recorded in writing and were analyzed using the seven-step Claesian method. The analysis of the lived experiences of the participants identified and categorized and extracted the main categories of "individual challenges", "social challenges", "individual opportunities" and "social opportunities". In the following, from the main categories mentioned, the subcategories of individual challenges include creating a hidden identity, false self-control, lack of self-management, lack of critical thinking development, academic boredom and social challenges including social isolation, elimination of traditional teacher-student interactions, lack of Ethical restrictions, distortion of parent-child relationships and individual opportunities and social opportunities were extracted. The findings of this research were able to provide a clear picture of the opportunities and challenges of education in virtual space.
