Abstract :

Objective: The current research has been carried out with the aim of explaining the model of employee ideation management in military organizations and its results on the organization's earnings and the literature of this field. Research method: This research is considered practical in terms of its purpose, and it has been qualitatively implemented using data-based theorizing. Sampling has been done by theoretical method and using targeted (judgment) and snowball (chain) methods and based on theoretical saturation of data; In such a way that until theoretical saturation was reached, interviews were conducted with top experts and experienced experts and experts of military organizations in this field. The results of the data analysis obtained during the process of open, central and selective coding led to the creation of a database theory in the field of employee ideation. Findings: The elements of the designed model consist of causal, background, and mediating conditions that show the central phenomenon, consequences, and strategies for implementing the general policy. Conclusion: Commanders, officials and policy makers can use the results of this research for more efficient ideation of employees in the organization. Also, according to the existing conditions, ideation in the organization is considered a basic need, and in terms of literature and theoretical foundations, it enriches the theoretical void. At the end, practical suggestions were presented to improve the ideation of employees in military organizations.
