The research community was the teachers of technical and vocational schools in Tehran province. A sample of 364 teachers was selected using random sampling and based on Cochran's formula. From the researcher-made questionnaire of systematic innovation; Jansen(2006) organizational ambidexterity questionnaire and Hughes & morgan(2007) organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire were used. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were checked with Cronbach's alpha techniques, content validity ratio, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation modeling was used by lisrel software to analyze the data.Findings: The findings showed that the systematic innovation of schools and organizational ambidexterity have a direct and positive relationship with organizational entrepreneurship at the level of 0.05; The systematic innovation of schools due to organizational ambidexterity has a positive indirect relationship with organizational entrepreneurship at the level of 0.05; Also, the systematic innovation of schools and organizational ambidexterity are able to explain 0.30 of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship. Conclusion: systematic innovation can provide the field of entrepreneurship.
