Abstract :
Background and Objective: After the industrial revolution and the increasing growth of industries, followed by the increase in pollution and destruction of the environment and the occurrence of successive environmental crises, the governments have been seriously concerned about four decades ago. strive to find solutions to deal with environmental challenges. Therefore, in order to preserve and protect nature and the environment, the idea of establishing global rules and regulations was gradually formed and through international conferences and organizations. evolved internationally. The choice of the energy sector has been made because the highest amount of greenhouse gas emissions is related to the production and consumption of all types of fossil energy. In this article, the subject of evaluation and ranking of the integrated management model of the country's energy sector with an emphasis on environmental policies (case study: oil company) has been discussed.
Material and Methodology: The current research method is a little like a descriptive (non-experimental) survey method. The statistical sample of the research included 169 senior and middle managers in the oil company, which included a questionnaire that included social, technical, economic, environmental, legal and political dimensions in the integrated management model of the country's energy sector. It was provided to them by emphasizing environmental policies. In the data analysis section, ranking was done using the importance of factors and model fitting or using the structural equation method.
Findings: The findings have shown that the fit of the research model has been confirmed. Also, the legal, political and legal, environmental, economic, social, and technical dimensions have the highest to the lowest rank respectively. The components of the model (sub-dimensions) i.e. legal, political and legal 1) environmental regulations and standards; 2) supervision and implementation of laws; Environmental dimension 1) renewable energy management, 2) environmental risks; economic dimension 1) development of energy sector infrastructure, 2) provision of sustainable financial resources, 3) incentive policies and financial support, 4) trade development, 5) transfer of oil products; Social dimension 1) optimization of energy supply and consumption, 2) support of specialized and new technologies, 3) specialized training, 4) energy consumption rate, 5) formation of non-governmental organizations; technical dimension 1) specifications technical and energy consumption standards, 2) technology management, 3) diversification and management of production resources, 4) clean and less polluting technologies
Discussion and Conclusion: considering that in recent years, various advanced and developing countries have paid increasing attention to renewable energy (solar, wind, geothermal energy, etc.) to diversify the use of energy sources and reduce dependence on an energy carrier. and environmental considerations have focused on achieving sustainable energy, this should be pursued in our country as well. And based on the results obtained, more attention should be paid to creating accurate and applicable laws and providing financial resources for it.
