Abstract :
The issue of air pollution is one of the most important dilemmas that have faced serious challenges in modern human life. This issue is important because life-threatening symptoms have been revealed and the current and future generations are facing threats due to environmental pollution. On the other hand, without a healthy environment, humans will not be able to live a normal life. For this reason, in order to preserve and protect the environment and keep it healthy as one of the most important basic needs for the continuation of life, it has been noticed by everyoneConsidering that the main source of carbon dioxide emission is fossil fuels; So it's no surprise that fossil fuel-rich economies are at the center of this debate. Therefore, the investigation of this issue in OPEC member oil exporting countries has been considered in this research.Countries whose economy depends on oil extract their fossil and mineral resources for domestic use and export, and on the other hand, for higher economic growth and development, they try to expand the industrial sector, and for this purpose, they turn to polluting industries. Also, in these countries, the activities of manpower in oil operations such as discovering and extracting gas mines, drilling oil wells, refining crude oil and flaring natural gas, transporting and storing oil and gas industries lead to environmental destruction and increase in air pollution.
