Subjects of both groups answered parenting stress questionnaires and children's behavioral problems in the pre-test, post-test, and two-month follow-up stages. The experimental group received eight 60-minute sessions of Child abuse copping parenting training twice a week. The control group did not receive any training during this period to analyze the data using descriptive statistical methods (mean and deviation standard) and inferential (repeated measurement analysis of variance) were used. Findings: The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that Child abuse copping parenting training reduces parenting stress and children's behavioral problems in mothers with a history of child abuse (P<0.05).
