Abstract :
Changes in the technical, economic, social and political environment cause entrepreneurs to face many opportunities, although due to time constraints and limited resources, it is not possible to pursue all opportunities. Therefore, entrepreneurs must choose the right opportunity and this is the basis for evaluating the opportunity. In fact, entrepreneurs face good opportunities in constantly evolving markets. But starting a business needs resources for success, and according to some, capital is the most important resource. Traditionally, the creation and accumulation of start-up capital is small. Today, dampers are an integral part of various industries that reduce depreciation and increase system efficiency and prevent failures in various parts of equipment or structures. In this regard, in recent years, significant progress has been made in the production of shock absorbers, which are generally divided into two types of energy-collecting and energy-dissipating dampers. In the energy-dissipating damper, fluids such as oil are used to dissipate the kinetic energy resulting from the load on the shock absorber.
