Providing a model for developing organizational entrepreneurship based on knowledge management in sports organizations

Abstract :
Introduction: Sports organizations have a high capacity to apply entrepreneurship and knowledge management due to the large number gers of sports and youth departments of East Azarbaijan province. The selection of the statistical sample was by using the purposeful sampling method with the snowball approach, and the selection of the statistical sample continued until conducting interviews with 17 people, and the researcher reached theoretical saturation, and by conducting a new interview, no new information was obtained. In the current research, data analysis was done according to the theory of data base with the approach of Strauss and Corbin. The collected data were coded. MAXQDA software was used to classify the extracted codes. Findings: The results of the research in the form of five components of causal factors (factors related to knowledge management including applying knowledge, preserving knowledge, transforming and transferring knowledge and acquiring and creating knowledge), background factors (legal-political, social-cultural factors, individual and structural abilities and characteristics) ), intervening factors (factors related to human resources, including employee motivation and the ability and individual characteristics of employees, and factors related to organizational culture, including creativity and innovation, management beliefs and organizational communication (formal communication and informal communication),
