Abstract :
The identity of women entrepreneurs is one of the most emerging fields of study in the field of entrepreneurship. The current research was conducted with the aim of "designing the identity model of female entrepreneurs in Iran" and it is qualitative. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the data-based method was used and the statistical population included 15 Iranian women entrepreneurs in the science and technology parks of Tehran, and the research tool was a semi-structured interview with a purposeful judgmental sampling, and the sample size reached theoretical saturation continued. After the coding process, the phenomenon of the identity of female entrepreneurs has been proposed as the main core and center of discussions, and the findings indicate that the causal conditions (behavioral, emotional and intellectual factors) as the causes of the phenomenon of the identity of female entrepreneurs in Iran, value And the place of entrepreneurship in the society as the basic conditions and socio-cultural conditions of the society, governmental and non-governmental support for women entrepreneurs in the society as intervening factors contribute to the identity of Iranian women entrepreneurs. Also, the consequences of the identity of Iranian women entrepreneurs include personal, social and economic consequences.
