Ranking of humanitarian supply chain improvement methods in the banking framework

Abstract :

The statistical population of this included the elites and experts of bank managers of the country who are aware of the field of research, which according to the sample size of Cochran in uncertain conditions, the number of 384 people was considered as a statistical sample. The collection tool in this research is a well-made questionnaire. The questionnaire is based on a 5-point Likert scale. In order to examine the data of this research, the multi-criteria decision making modeling method of Ashashri and software (MCMDsolver 2018) will be used. The results of the research show that the first rank is related to the component of developing resilience in crises, the second rank is the creation of a leadership character for banks, the third rank is having a suitable infrastructure, and the fourth rank is the bank's quick response factors to the external environment. Also, in the factor of creating a leadership character for banks, stabilization of programs and coordination among other actors was the most important factor. In the factor of having a suitable infrastructure, the subject of continuity of psychological support and counseling of the survivors had the highest score. Also, in the bank's quick response to the external environment, the functional dimensions of evaluation and monitoring were the most important factors. In the factor of developing resilience in crises, the continuation of psychological support and counseling of survivors show the highest points.
