Abstract :
, which is an applied research, aimed at presenting a model for explaining the relationship between the good character of managers and the general social policies of the Executive Headquarters of Farman Imam, emphasizing the mediating role of social capital and then evaluating the validity of the proposed model, was formed with a mixed (qualitative) approach. The statistical sample of the qualitative part was made up of 22 university professors, experts and senior managers of Farman Imam's executive headquarters. The required data were collected through semi-structured interviews with them and analyzed based on thematic analysis technique, and finally, the model of the relationship between the research variables was presented, the validity and reliability of which was confirmed by internal and external validity and the Kappa index. The statistical community of the quantitative part of the research was also formed by the experts and managers of , Executive Headquarters of Farman Imam, and based on Cohen's table, 191 of them were selected as members of the statistical sample by simple random sampling, and the required data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire and extracted from the department .The data collected in this section were analyzed by Smart Pls software. Validity in this section was confirmed by content and construct validity and reliability by Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. while confirming the proposed model of the research, the mediating role of social capital in the relationship between the good character of the managers and the general social policies was also confirmed.
