Abstract :
This research aims to investigate the factors affecting creativity and innovation among their employees, and after identifying these factors, their ranking is done using self-made questionnaire . The sample population used in this survey was all employees of Kian Tire Company. Based on the conceptual model of the research, in the first step, according to the Delphi method, the items were identified from the viewpoint of the elite for creativity and innovation. Questionnaires to identify the model indices were provided to the statistical population of the study. The obtained data were evaluated using Delphi test. According to the results, these factors were identified, which in general can be classified into two general categories of internal and external factors. The ranking of these factors both internal and external, was done using the TOPSIS technique and Analytical Hierarchy process. Finally , suggestions were made to institutionalize creativity and innovation in the organization.
