Designing a self-efficacy model based on authentic leadership with regard to the mediating role of cultural intelligence of Iran Insurance Company

Abstract :
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explain the role of the middle class of genuine leadership and its relationship with the self-efficacy model in Iran's insurance company. The research method was descriptive survey. The other statistical community in the qualitative sector includes managers or experienced professionals in the field of insurance. The statistical population in the quantitative section is the employees of Iran Insurance Joint Stock Company in Kerman. The sample size for this research is 450 people. The research tools are Asylum Oulivo Leader, Gardner and Valium and Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire Early and Pain and self-efficacy questionnaire. The findings of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy in Iranian insurance company with genuine leadership, self-awareness, balanced processing, transparency of relationship and cultural intelligence. Internal ethics is not affected by self-efficacy. The psychological capital (self-efficacy) can play the role of mediator between genuine leadership and the performance of managers (insurance).
