Presenting an interpretive structural model to improve the safety performance of employees (case study: one of Sirjan mining companies)

Abstract :
Paying attention to the safety performance of employees is one of the most important factors in maintaining and protecting human resources in organizations.The purpose of this study is to provide an interpretive structural model to improve safety performance and is done through interviews with 12 safety experts to identify the components of semen performance and include them in a semi-closed questionnaire based on the Likert scale. Experts have identified them using snowball samples. Then, using fuzzy analysis, the items were screened and after categorization to discover the model, they were placed in the criteria related to modeling interpretive structure. According to the results obtained from the analysis of recent survey data, in total at 4 levels (first level: personality traits with conscience second level: safety; third level: safety knowledge, safety safety, safety attitude and safety motivation and level four: safety participation , Safety, observance of safety) were identified as effective factors in improving safety performance.
