Abstract :
The purpose of research was the relationship between knowledge management components consists of manufacture, organizing, distribution, application of knowledge and Tejarat bank financial management staff organizational creativity. The population of research includes 250 financial management staff of Tejarat bank. Sampling method is simple random and sample sizes of 150 patients were selected by tabling Morgan. This research has a correlation descriptive type and application target. For collect the information, two questionnaires are used. The research of present aim of application and method is descriptive methods and kind of Correlation. Creativity Standard questionnaire of Randsip Standardized questionnaire to collect information from both creativity Randsip (containing 50 questions) and knowledge management questionnaire (containing 23 questions) to measure KM initiatives based on five -point Likert scale was used. For data analysis, descriptive statistical parameters (frequency, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, range) and inferential tests, correlation analysis and multiple regression was used. The results showed that there is between all the sub-scales of production, organization, distribution and application of knowledge and creativity the Bank staff a positive relationship.
