Abstract :

Half of our country’s population is consisted of women. The number of educated woman is also increasing. However, they have not received the tight proportion in the national economic.  There are some reasons that we must pay a wider attention to the issue. The reasons are: low age of proportion, the increase of women presence in universities and higher education institutes, low rate of women’s activities, lack of job job, and increasing joblessness.     The provision for progress in the hasty world of today is to use all the possible sources as well reinforcing all the capacities, reaching this this goal requires creating a good bad for flowering the creative minds and job creating activities.  Studying the women’s job engagement in Iran, the jobingagement obstacles are also considered. Among the present obstacles which are mostly eternal ones, lack of self-confidence was exactly studied. Woman’s contribution in the form of cooperative societies is proposed as the urgent solution.
