Abstract :
Stimulating intelligence is a subject that tries to describe the emotions and feelings on human beings abilities. It is a form of social intelligence that includes the ability of controlling feelings and emotions and using these particulars in order to manifest and lead the human beings thinking , a person who lacks stimulating intelligence can not be an outstanding and successful organizational leader, even if he/she passes the best training courses of the world, the main purpose of the research besides studying the capacities and applications of the stimulating intelligence is to answer the question that if there is any relationship between stimulating intelligence and leadership style. The data collection means have is borrown questionary for measuring the stimulating intelligence and halpin questionary for measuring the manager’s leadership style. The statistical population is also all guidance and high school managers and teachers of distrist 5 Mashhad education office. Out of 114 managers, 103 of them and out of 1254 teachers, 303 of them were selected through the classificational rondom sampling. Measuring method and pirson coalition coefficient, kalmogrof Smirnoff test and T test are used to analyze the data. The results showed that with %95 possibility, there is no relationship between stimulating intelligence and leadership style, and also stimulating intelligence factors (individual’s inner skills, individual’s intra skills management adaptation, stress, general habits). Among the stimulating intelligence and leader ship style factors, only three tractors (self-respect, psychological steers sustenance and intra-individual relations) are connected with each other. Between relation and duty-orientation leadership styles there is difference only in shocking control factor, the dominant relation – orientation leadership style includes %8/33 frequency.
