Abstract :
The Present research focuses on the effectiveness level of onduty-time classes for managers and the effectiveness of their function from the view Point of Islamshahr high school Teachers. This research studies the effect of on-duty-time classes on Personals relations, creation of a friendly environ met, creativity and innovation, self-confidence, observing duty specifications, effectiveness of the trend managers’ function in comparison with untrained managers’ and also offring some recommendations on the basis of the research findings to the educational system authorities, specially those in charge of prouiding and training human resourus. In order to achieve this goal descriptive- measuring method has been used. The statistical population of the research is the managers and teachers of Islamshahr boy & girl high schools. The statistical method has been done through simple random method in two groups. Out of 17000, 158 trained teachers and managers, and 158 untrained ones were selected. Information collectiong means has been questionary and descriptive- didactical method has been used for analyzing the results. The results howed that those managers who contributed in on-dutytime classes in variables such as: personals’ relations, crating a friendly environment, creativity & innovation, self-confidence…. Are more effective then untrained managers, So, we can conclude that such classes are effective in managers’ functional effectiveness.
