Abstract :
According to instructive and effective role of smartization in promoting of learning in schools, the present research is going to design a model which focuses on effectiveness of smart school based on propelling factors.
This research is practical in terms of purpose, and research design, is among the descriptive research surveys, and it is impermanent in time of performance.
The data was collected in quantitative feature by examining valid and reliable texts and resources, interviewing with professionals on this subject, then the data was analyzed with the content analysis.
In quantitative sector, the data was collected through asking questions (written form) from 156 high school managers and assistants.
To design the quantitative model ,
The phase inference system was used.
The result of the research demonstrates that
the framework of automation (smartization) needs the following details:
- Providing smarting systems
- Having right conditions for smarting up
Providing practical organization resources needs the following items
- First developing needs scientific manpower
- Second providing financial resource
- Third socialization process which includes (both socialization of parents and students)
- The last item is cultural and legal factors ( that suit the policy of smartization with moral and social values and making sure it, these policies in smarting up the school well-suited to social norms)
What mentioned above are identified as
performing-dimension in smarting schools, based on propelling factors
