The Relationship between Total Factor Productivity and Labor Productivity in Iran

Abstract :

This paper investigate the long-run relationship between the total factor productivity and the labor productivity in Iran during 1970-2007 and use Autoregressive Distributed Lags (ARDL) and Bound tests approaches. Results explain that there is a mutual long-run relationship between total factor productivity and labor productivity, and total factor productivity and labor productivity have positive and significant effect on each other.
