Abstract :
Deep geopolitical changes in the Persian Gulf region have a significant impact on the relations of J.A. Iran and Kuwait have had. The geographical location and strategic importance have turned this region into one of the most important geopolitical regions in the world, and the active presence of regional and extra-regional actors has directly affected this relationship. This research seeks to evaluate the behavioral pattern of Iran and Kuwait in the Persian Gulf region, especially after the Islamic Revolution, because the strategic environment and perspective of the geopolitical arrangements of the Persian Gulf have changed with the strategic developments derived from the Islamic Revolution. In this regard, the main question of the research is raised as follows: What is the behavior pattern of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards Kuwait in the Persian Gulf region after the Islamic Revolution? Using the concept of geopolitics, it is argued that Tehran's behavioral pattern to maintain the balance of power in the Persian Gulf sub-region after the Islamic Revolution is to expand eration of the Kuwaiti government with Saudi Arabia, the dispute in the Arash gas fields and the dee spread of disputes in the Persian Gulf, especially between J. A. Iran and Kuwait. We do this based on the descriptive-analytical approach using the method of process research and sample research as qualitative research methods, which have been used in the collection of information from document-library sources and authentic cyberspace websites.
