Double-blind Peer Review and Publication
1. The submitted article will be reviewed by at least two reviewers on double-blind peer review basis. The publication of the article will be subject to the approval of two reviewers and the final approval of the editorial board and the editor-in-chief in accordance with the internal regulations of the journal.
2. The journal is free to edit articles.
3. Authors must commit to the following matters in a written letter addressed to the editor:
- The article has not previously been published in any journal, book, or collection, in paper form or online, with the same title or another title, or has not been simultaneously sent for publication to books, collections, or other journals, and from now on also, it will not be sent anywhere else until the evaluation result by the Legal Studies of Cyberspace is determined.
- The article has been reviewed, checked and confirmed by the authors and their approval has been obtained to publish the article in the present form in the Legal Studies of Cyberspace.
- The article is an original work and the result of personal research of the author/authors and it has not been copied, summarized or translated from similar domestic or foreign works and has not violated the intellectual property rights of any work.
4. If at any stage from initial review to final review or even after acceptance and publication, copyright infringement or any scientific violation is associated with the article, this matter will be made public on the journal's website and the matter will be referred to the disciplinary committee of the university/organization to where the author(s) are affiliated. This could also be informed to the competent and respective judicial authorities.
5. The Legal Studies of Cyberspace uses similarity finder and plagiarism software as well as the data of the valid scientific databases to check the originality of the work.
6. The journal does not accept translated articles.
7. The positive opinions and approval of the reviewers do not mean the final acceptance of the article, but the final acceptance of the article depends on the approval of the editorial board and the editor-in-chief of the journal.
8. The journal does not accept for review the new articles of authors whose other articles are still under review or whose articles have been accepted until the possible rejection of the article under review or until the publication of the accepted article. (In such cases, according to the journal's policies, the article will be removed from the system or placed on the review waiting list)
9. The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand Tomans at the time of submission and the sum of three hundred fifty thousand Tomans at the time of final acceptance must be paid by the author(s) and receipt of the same must be uploaded to the system.
