Abstract :

Background and Purpose: Today, investors' financial decisions have become more complicated and risky; As far as a wide range of financial and non-financial information is required to be reviewed when buying or selling shares. The quality of accounting information is known as an effective factor in reducing investment risk and buying and selling shares

Research Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of type. The target population of the study was capital market activists with at least a master's degree and 5 years of experience.Questionnaires, after removing incomplete and distorted versions, 245 copies were included in the analysis. The sampling method was simple stratified-random.

Findings: The fitted structural equation model, the significance of the model and the effect of each construct on the dependent variable were investigated. The results of information analysis have indicated the effect of elements and events on the trading behavior of capital market participants with different intensity; However, the effect of intervention conditions and the effect of causal conditions related to the environment on trading behavior were 0.345 and 0.552, respectively, with relatively weak and moderate spectral intensity.

 Discussion and Conclusion: Contrary to the idea of ​​economic theories, based on the behavior of people based on complete rationality, theories cannot fully explain the behavior of investors. Investors who have low agreeableness are pessimistic towards managers and consider them dishonest, and this causes them to view management disclosures with more skepticism and make lower valuation judgments.
