Abstract :
Comparative Literature is one the most important literary branches which studies similar or different aspects of authors' or poets' works, in order to help these works be better understood. Sidonie Gabrille Colette, the French wirter, and Forugh Farrokh Zaad, the Iranian poet, although have been grown in two different cultures, have created some contents which are comparable in terms of content criticism. Does feminine writings have special characteristics? To answer this question, we have studied and reviewed the works of these two women, one of them an author and the other one a poet, who have been grown in two different cultures. In their various works we faced some contents which are present repeatedly in works of these two great women. Regret of past, love to nature, depression for mother and birthplace, feeling of solitude and tendency to isolation are some of common contents in thoughts of these two thinkers. In this study, in addition to studying the concepts mentioned above, we have reviewed special hidden feminine feelings in these works as well.
