Abstract :
Tarikh-i Bayhaqi and Shahnameh, in prose and verse respectively, are unique and splendid masterpieces of Abu'l-Fal Bayhaqi and Abul-Qâsem Ferdowsi, representing the magnificent history of Iran's antiquity in the realm of poetry. These two important masterpieces of Persian literature were chosen for this study, and they were briefly presented before their similarities were examined. Positive and negative people have held positions at the top of every government throughout history, and the writer is determined to compare the people who had a positive influence in the government system. The descriptive analytical approach incorporating library note taking was used to perform this research. This study explores and contrasts the personality traits that are beneficial in the political performances of Bunser Meshkan in Tarikh-i Bayhaqi and Goudarz Keshwad in Shahnameh using political psychology theory. According to preliminary findings, both individuals possessed excellent political intelligence, a solid work conscience, honesty, humility, and trustworthiness. The combination of these personality qualities has aided in the advancement of both people's political aims and has resulted in constructive and helpful collaboration in the administration of state affairs.
