Designing an organizational virtue model with a qualitative approach (case study: Ministry of Keshavarzi Jahad)

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to design the model of organizational virtue along with identifying and prioritizing dimensions, components and indicators and validating the proposed model of organizational virtue with a qualitative approach in the Ministry of Keshavarzi Jahad. The method of conducting the present research is a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and the statistical population was 12 experts who were answered using the interview tool. In this research, in order to analyze the data in the qualitative part of the method Theme analysis (theme analysis) was used, and based on the results, the research pattern according to the output of Atlas T software, including 1 overarching theme (organizational virtue model with a qualitative approach in the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture) and 7 organizing themes (health, responsibility, trust, forgiveness, justice-oriented, cohesion, opening horizons) and 24 basic themes (financial health, moral health, work health; social responsibility, economic responsibility, legal responsibility, environmental responsibility; honesty, transparency, goodwill , competence; sympathy, sacrifice, kindness; justice in the establishment of laws, justice in the implementation of laws, justice in relationships between people; harmony, adaptability, solidarity; optimism, fulfillment of obligations, happiness, growth.
