Abstract :

E-government has taken effective steps by using information technology to facilitate and expedite matters, provide better public services, reduce waiting time and citizen satisfaction, and improve accountability, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency in building public trust and promoting good governance indicators. has done. E-business as one of the enablers in the country's economy and a subset of information technologies has grown significantly in the last decade.
