Abstract :
Today, small and medium-sized enterprises are recognized as one of the areas that has a high ability for national and regional development and helping to improve local technology and develop Native entrepreneurs. this paper aims to identify the factors affecting the success of small and medium enterprises in kermanshah city using structured interpretative approach. the present study in terms of the target is an applied and in terms of qualitative methodology with analytical descriptive approach. in order to provide data, first by reviewing the theoretical bases and using 21 experts as panel members through the delphi method, the most important success factors small and medium enterprises in kermanshah city Identification and to analyze the data, 21 experts were used in structural and structural modeling. The statistical population of the study included managers, experts and connoisseurs in the field of small and medium enterprises, who were selected using the targeted sampling method of 21 people. The results indicate that among the factors affecting the success of small and medium enterprises in Kermanshah, All-round government support and The level of experience and skills of the manager as The key factors in this study Were recognized.
