Studying the " V " Letter ( " wow " in Farsi alphabet ) and some of its meanings in Sa'di and Hafez Poetry

Abstract :
Abstract Surely, letters have characteristics which have been ignored so far. One of them is that the letters are words that do not have meanings independently. Therefore, they are considered boodles for the creative minds and the poets or artists can take advantage of this trait and create different meanings. The other characteristics of the letters are that they are of short syllables and don't create difficulty in rhythm and melody and even one can compose music by their repetition and by replacing them one can make out figures of speech. There are the letters which have wonderful and high capacity to make the art which only Sa'di and Hafez have utilized them in their works. We have studied one of the letters " wow " and compared its implications in Sa'di and Hafez's poetry.
