Modeling the transformational effect and organizational innovation on the strategic performance of clubs in the football industry

Abstract :
Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of modeling the effect of transformational leadership and organizational innovation on the strategic performance of Iraq football clubs.
Methodology: The statistical population of the research includes a selection of physical education faculty members and physical education professors of Iraqi higher education institutions, managers and coaches, referees and expert football experts, managers of public and private institutions active in the field of Iraqi clubs, numbering 225 people. The research sample was selected using Cochran's formula and in a simple random manner, with the number of 142 people. To collect research data, three standard questionnaires of leadership style were used by Bass and Elio (2002), organizational innovation by Prajgo and Sohl (2003) and strategic performance by Slater et al. (2010). After obtaining the validity and reliability of the research tools, they were distributed and collected among the research sample. Research data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics using Spss24 and Smart Pls4 software at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results and Discussion: The value of SRMR, which shows the percentage of inappropriateness of fit, should be close to zero and less than 10%, and the value of NFI, which reports the percentage of good fit, should be higher than 90%, and these values have been achieved and shown The model has a good fit
Conclusion: Based on this, managers should pay more attention to the physical work environment in the workplace and their management policies.
This will increase the creativity of employees. Managers should also pay attention to the physical aspects of the physical work environment.
